“The person in the reception was super nice and very friendly. We made a stop at the city while heading up to Paris. The best decide we ever made. The rooms were clean and neat though the neighbouring room were unpleasantly loud at whole night and morning, which was a bummer but all in all everything was perfect.”

“This is a small hotel, very conveniently located close to the train station, and an easy walking distance to all the important locations in Lourdes. Everyone on the staff, especially the front desk, was very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable, but the place could use some fresh paint. I did not hear any outside noise, but walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbors. That would be my only complaint. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Lourdes.”

“This hotel has definitely seen better days—you might notice a broken bathroom tile or a shower that's not fully functional. However, it's very clean, the receptionist is friendly and provides useful initial information about the city and they allowed us to store our bags after check-out. The double room was small but clean, so if you're looking for an affordable place to stay in Lourdes, this is a solid option.”

“What a great hotel that is super clean with the best staff who are kind, friendly and very helpful. Good wifi and comfortable beds with good quality sheets. Breakfast is good with top quality ingredients and good coffee from Italy. “Wonderful stay back in March. First time in Lourdes. Location is 10 minutes walk door to door from the sanctuary. Our group chose bed no breakfast. The rooms were warm, clean, comfortable and cozy. Yes it is a vintage and aged setting however it delivers a great night of sleep. We would freely bring our lunch ord dinner back and use the local amenities. The owners were warm, patient and understanding. Language was not a barrier as our group was also Southern European, and we all spoke with our hands. We will come back! Grazie!”

“If I can, I will give double five starts. The room is good for the price that we pay. All works well, the wifi, shower, toilet. We bought food from outside, we were allowed to use the dining room and borrowed the cuttlery. Location is great, only 10mins walk to the gate of the Sanctuary. Carefour is just nearby. Additionally, we cant find any shuttle bus to airport on Sunday but the hotel owner informed us the exact timing. He also offered to send us to the bus stop for free. When we arrived, I realized that I left my watch in the bar. He calmed me down by humming in the traffic jam. He said not to worry that we still have time and he will drop me on the second bus stop. He refused to take any additional fees. Thank you so much ans bless you with lots of grace throughout your life.”

“If you are looking for a hotel in Lourdes, look no further! Hotel du Commerce et de Navarre has everything you need - excellent prices, friendly staff and phenomenal location. 5 minute walk to the train station, 5 minute walk to the grotto and 5 minute walk to the best pizzeria Da Marco (book in advance!). Carrefour is also across the road, along with several bars further up in city centre. The staff were extremely welcoming and supportive of our needs. The rooms are warm and cozy, there is a TV for entertainment and a small desk and wardrobe. Toilets are very very clean and the cleaners are friendly.
